Refund Policy

At J-POP Brand XOXO, we want you to love your purchase. We stand behind the quality of our lip care products, including our Lip Sugar Scrub, Lip Balm, and Lip Oil. However, due to hygiene and safety reasons, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.


Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds or exchanges only in the following cases:
• The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.
• The item is defective damaged during shipping, manufacturing defect.
• You received the wrong product or color.


We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
• Opened or used products (for hygiene and health protection reasons).
• Products that have been altered, tampered with, or stored improperly.
• Items purchased on sale, clearance, or during promotional events (unless defective).
• Products returned after the 30-day window.


How to Request a Return
1. Contact us at jpopbrandxoxo@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
3. Ship the item back to us in its original condition. We recommend using tracked shipping.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.


Refund Process
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of our error).


Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange for a different shade, scent, or product, please follow the same return process. We will send the new item once the original is received and approved.


International Orders
For orders outside the United States, refund eligibility is the same, but return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Customs fees and duties are non-refundable.
